Conan Exiles has been silently removed from the set of two games being offered for free on the Epic Games Store this week.
This leaves indie puzzle-adventure Hue as the only game that Epic Games Store users can redeem at no cost starting today.
The reason behind Conan Exiles’ removal from this week’s offering of free games boils down to a choice made by the Epic Games Store team.
Conan Exiles No Longer Free on Epic Games Store
“The Epic Games Store team has decided that Conan Exiles will not be free, but will be available for purchase on the store at a later date”, reads the tweet explaining the survival game’s disappearance from the list of this week’s free games.

Previously, The Escapists 2’s release on the Epic Games Store – which coincided with it being given away for free – was also temporarily delayed.
While this will undoubtedly disappoint those wanting to try out Funcom’s survival game for free, Conan Exiles is currently discounted by 60% as part of the Steam Summer Sale.
