Publisher and developer Cygames has unveiled Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok as the first major DLC for 2024’s popular action-RPG. Having set its release date to July 9, it introduces a bevy of new content, including a new story, a single-player roguelike mode, and much more.
The Endless Ragnarok DLC picks up after the conclusion of the base game’s story, introducing new threats, as “strange beings called the ‘ragnalia’ herald the end times,” while Beelzebub also makes his presence known. Furthermore, Seofon and Tweyen, two Eternals who join our crew in the base game, also test our skills as opponents this time around.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok DLC Release Date Revealed
Granblue Fantasy: Relink’s Endless Ragnarok DLC adds new co-op quest tiers that allow our party to grow even stronger. Furthermore, we’ll get to call summons into battle, enabling us to have powerful primal beasts fighting at our side.
Crossplay support is also coming across Steam, PS5, PS4, and Nintendo Switch 2, while The Conflux is a new single-player mode that adds a dash of roguelike to the action-RPG.
As we complete its randomly-generated levels, we’re given a choice between several buffs that improve our characters’ abilities for the journey onwards.
Furthermore, Granblue Fantasy: Relink’s Endless Ragnarok DLC also introduces four new playable characters to its already sizeable roster. Beatrix, a close-quarters expert with a devil-may-care personality, was revealed as the first new addition.
Although this isn’t quite the sequel many fans of the base game were (and probably are still) pining for, the content revealed so far makes a good case for spinning up Relink once more when it launches and leveling up a few more characters, whether new or old.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink’s Endless Ragnarok DLC has locked in its release date to July 9, 2026, when it arrives on PC, via Steam, PS5, PS4, and Nintendo Switch 2.
