Resident Evil Requiem is finally here, and it’s a big game of two halves, mixing tense first-person horror and action-packed third-person sections. Difficulty curve aside, some players might want extra help or to tinker with the game after beating it once, so we have looked for Resident Evil Requiem console commands and cheats in case you need them.
The good news is that, if you’re planning to beat the game at least once without console commands or cheats, RE Requiem isn’t particularly difficult. Going for 100% completion will take a bit longer, however, and you might need help with a number of secondary objectives and achievements, such as all the safe codes found throughout the game.
Resident Evil Requiem Console Commands
At the time of writing, players haven’t broken into Resident Evil Requiem’s insides and found the console commands that work yet. Since it’s unsurprisingly running on Capcom’s RE Engine, it’s likely that access through regular means to commands and cheats will be impossible.
As pointed out by XMODhub, like with other RE Engine titles, REFramework will probably be the solution for modding and cheating in this game. In fact, you’re better off installing some of the best RE Requiem mods available so far.
Resident Evil Requiem Cheats
On top of cheat mods, there are official Resident Evil Requiem cheats that can be unlocked in-game with Challenge Points.
Challenges are in-game tasks which can be completed as you progress through the game and replay it. You can then spend the reward points to gain bonus content like new weapons (handy unbreakable knife included), cosmetics, and charms. But the game also takes us back to the olden times of official in-game cheats. These are the ones you can unlock:
- Infinite Ribbon (Grace) - Allows you to save an infinite number of times, no matter the chosen difficulty. It unlocks after completing the “Speed Demon” challenge and requires no CPs.
- Infinite Ammo: Guns (both characters) - Unlocks infinite ammo for most guns in the game, no matter which character you’re playing as. - 50,000 CP
- Infinite Ammo: RPG-7 (Leon) - Unlocks infinite ammo for the RPG-7 rocket launcher. - 35,000 CP
- Infinite Durability: Hatchets (Leon) - Unlocks infinite durability for Leon’s hatchets. - 20,000 CP
Moreover, you can also rely on “cheat tables” such as this one if you’re familiar with Cheat Engine.
