Every ability's Action Point cost is set to 1. In vanilla, abilities cost 1, 2 or 3 AP. Anything that cost 2 or 3 now costs 1; anything already at 1 is unchanged.
Installation
Unzip and copy the files to
Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars Zero Company\SWZeroCompany\Content\Paks\~mods\
If you do not have ~mods\ folder made, create it and make sure it has the ~ symbol in front of it in its name
To uninstall the mod simply delete the files.
