As DICE is developing the new Battlefront, and they're using their own Frostbite 3 tech, EA boast the team are able to focus more on gameplay and innovation.
"The best I can say is its coming along very, very well," said EA CEO Andrew Wilson. "Frostbite 3 and the associated development tool set that comes with that has meant the team has been able to iterate and drive innovation very quickly and get to a high quality quickly and certainly."
"There's lots and lots of work to go," he continued, "but we do plan to show more about that and other new projects in development at E3 this year."
