Blizzard has announced the closure of the beta program for their hotly anticipated expansion to World of Warcraft and "would like to thank everyone" who joined.
It all starts next Thursday when the great unwashed masses can get the mitts on the full product and begin pillaging Northrend for all its secrets.
"We would like to thank everyone who has participated in the Wrath of the Lich King beta test," posted Blizzard's Crygil on the official forums.
"We greatly appreciate all of the feedback you have given us during this critical phase of World of Warcraft's development. In preparation for the launch of the game next Thursday, November 13, we will be bringing down our beta realms at 12:00 AM PST. Thanks again, and see you soon in Northrend!"
In case you've lived under a rock until now, the expansion increases the level cap from 70 to 80, adds achievements in a similar style to those on Xbox 360 games, adds barber shops for the hero wanting a more fashionable hair piece, and ton of other stuff.
