While remaining elusive, Rein has confirmed in his own manner that the upcoming Unreal Tournament 3 coming to Xbox360 will feature something ”you might want to keep a close eye on.”
He also said Gears of War was definitely worth an 8 and that Gears of War 2 should go beyond.
”You might want to keep a close eye on the Unreal Tournament 3 disc. There might be something Gears of War 2 related on that,” said Rein.
When asked could we be seeing a new trailer he defiantly replies ”Might not be! Might be. Whatever!” Perhaps for a joke we’ll some of the GoW2 crew added to the character rooster for UT3.
”I think Gears 2 is a much better game than the original, but we’ll have to wait and see what the fans and reviewers think,” he continued.
”I don’t want to give away too much information. It’s a just better game… We’ve improved it in many, many ways that’ll be apparent before too long.”
Unreal Tournament 3 for Xbox360 will be released this summer and feature extra goodies like a split screen mode, while Gears of War 2 will hit stores this November.
