Called the The KVA Paramilitary set, the new outfit will have to be discovered by hunting down Supply Drops and hoovering up the contents within, as per usual.

Logging in will automatically net you the KVA paramilitary helmet, pictured above, but to hunt down the rest of the outfit you’ll have to play and try to hunt them down. Supply Drops crop up roughly every twenty minutes or so, so good luck finding the whole kit. The good news is there’s no time limit - once you’ve nabbed the helmet, the rest of the gear is now added to the loot list permanently.
