Deep Rock Galactic, the cooperative shooter about space dwarves mining an alien planet, is out tomorrow on Steam Early Access and Xbox Game Preview.
The game will be out on Steam for $24.99/€22.99/£18.99, and on Windows Store for $24.99/€22.99/£19.24.
Windows Store players will be able to access the game both on Xbox and PC, and crossplay with people from the two platforms at the same time. Due to Valve's Steamworks network interaction, Steam players will only be able to play with other Steam players.
Due to community requests, Deep Rock Galactic's soundtrack will also be available on Steam for $7.99/€7.99/£5.79, and it will feature 22-full tracks.
“Deep Rock Galactic is a gleefully chaotic mix of shooting, mining, fully destructible caves and some super irresponsible corporate management,” says Søren Lundgaard, CEO/Co-Founder of Ghost Ship Games. “We’re absolutely thrilled to be launching onto Xbox and PC, and we have big plans for the continued development of Deep Rock Galactic - new enemies, new biomes, new upgrades, even new playable classes!”
We had a chance to preview the Early Access build of Deep Rock Galactic, and you can watch our exclusive gameplay stream with the developers here, or read all about it here.
Deep Rock Galactic is out tomorrow, February 28th, at 08:AM GMT. It's planned to stay in Early Access for at least a year.
