During today’s Warhammer 2026 Skulls Showcase, publisher and developer Owlcat Games has confirmed that Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader’s third post-launch DLC, The Infinite Museion, has locked in its release date to June 11, 2026.
Rogue Trader’s The Infinite Museion DLC sees us delving into a secret vault curated by none other than Trazyn the Infinite. The ancient Necron Overlord harbors an obsession with the Von Valancius dynasty, and we’ll get to decide whether we “disrupt or fulfil his plans.”
Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader’s The Infinite Museion DLC Release in June
Necrons were already part of Rogue Trader’s base storyline, to an extent, and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader’s The Infinite Museion DLC will pit us against more ruthless automatons when it releases next month.
In addition, Eogunn Februs, a Genetor Extremis of the Adeptus Mechanicus, joins our retinue as a new companion, as his eternal Quest for Knowledge sees our paths intersecting.
On top of his “unmatched proficiency in the art of augmetics and the methods of integrating implants with flesh” Eogunn uses a galvanic cell to wield the Motive Force, “[draining] power sources dry and [using] the energy to overcharge the cells of their warriors’ armaments, all while defending their divine work with blasts from their own arcane weapons.”
As we explore the vault and interact with Necron technology, we’ll also get a glimpse into his “shadowed past.”
Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader’s The Infinite Museion DLC is slated to release on June 11, 2026, when it arrives on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. It will be available both individually and as part of the RPG’s Season Pass 2, which promises another DLC later in 2026.
