Download QTP3 UOP Compatibility Patch 1.0

This is a patch for those running Qarl's Texture Pack III and the Unofficial Oblivion Patch. This resolves a mesh confliction. If you installed QTPIII after UOP, then this is not needed. If you installed the UOP after QTPIII then this patch will fix the mesh problem.
