Keiji Inafune’s Kickstarter project Mighty No. 9, which is a reboot/remake of his classic Mega Man IP, is just tearing through its stretch goals, and has smashed past the $2M mark with 19 days left to go.
This virtually assures it’ll reach the $2.2M mark, which will add Xbox 360, Wii U and PlayStation 3 versions of the game, in addition to the current PC platform it’s being developed for. Players will be given a choice of platforms when the stretch goal is made, which also includes Mac OS and Linux versions.
Other stretch goals that have already been achieved include three new game modes, New Game Plus, Turbo and Boss Rush Mode, as well as a “Making of…” documentary as well.
