This mod is aimed towards attempting to balance the game on quite a few levels. It's main focus for now is on buildings and unique buildings. Yields for several buildings, especially in late Eras have been adjusted. Moreover, unique building second effects are now empire wide, making them far more viable for a major faction to obtain.
