A World of Warcraft: Shadowlands player has successfully downed the Ardenweald world boss in 7 seconds. They, however, didn't do it alone, but with the help of 150 bears, courtesy of one of the MMORPG's most recent glitches.
The infinite bear army glitch could be exploited while the Wrath of Aliothe world quest was live in Ardenweald. It prompts you to turn into a glowy blue bear and deliver justice upon pesky invaders, but players found that leaving the bear form shortly after entering it makes the bear becomes your pet. Better yet, there doesn't seem to be a cap to the number of bears that can accompany you in WoW: Shadowlands.
Goblin Death Knight Tosiko caught wind of the infinite bear glitch and put it to good use against one of the most powerful creatures in Ardenweald: world boss Oranomonos the Everbranching.
Normally, you need to throw an entire group of people at her. The rewards aren't that great either, considering the current state of loot drops. Tosiko chose the company of 150 loyal blue bears, downing her in a bit over 7 seconds and with little effort.
While it's fun to watch helpless world bosses melt, it's worth keeping in mind that using the infinite bear glitch could get you in trouble. It's not intended behavior and provides an unfair advantage, especially when playing with War Mode turned on.
It's possible that Blizzard will fix the glitch until the Wrath of Aliothe world quest becomes active again, but it has also given us this cool little moment as we wait for Valor Points to be introduced alongside patch 9.0.5.
