When traversing through the Rhodes Hill chronic care center in Resident Evil Requiem, you’ll often find yourself coming across lockers, drawers, and, more importantly, warped closets. When interacting with these closets as Grace, the following message pops up: “The door is warped and won’t open.” Don’t let that discourage you, as there is a specific solution to opening these closets.
To open warped closets, you need to be playing as Leon. Requiem switches the player’s perspective after completing specific story sections, so make a mental note of all the warped closet locations while exploring the care center.
You need Leon’s Hatchet to Open Warped Closets in Resident Evil Requiem
Once you’ve switched over to Leon, walk over to any warped closet, and Leon will use his handy hatchet to open them. The warped closets include many rewards such as handgun ammo, shotgun shells, herbs, and even safe codes. There are a total of five warped closets in the care center, and you only get one chance to unlock them all while playing as Leon, so pay attention while exploring the area.
