Resident Evil Requiem has many puzzles waiting to be solved by Grace, with many of them scattered across the care center. One of the most frequent and important kinds you’ll find are the puzzle boxes that need to be solved to get the sun, moon, and start quartz to escape the facility.
The first of these puzzle boxes can be found in the west wing of the care center, inside the chairman’s office, which is on the second floor of the building.
Resident Evil Requiem Chairman’s Office Puzzle Box Solution
When you enter the chairman’s office, you’ll find the puzzle box in the corner of the room, along with a notepad on a coffee table with something scribbled on it. To reveal the full message, go deeper into the room inside the chairman’s desk, and you’ll find one zombie feasting on another. After killing off that zombie, pick up the pen from the chairman’s desk.
Following that, go to the coffee table in the lounge area of the chairman’s office, back to the scribbled notepad. Use the pen that you picked up from the chairman’s desk. The code for the puzzle box will be revealed: Moon, Sun, Star, Moon.
Go back to the puzzle box and enter those elements in that specific order to break through the locked box, and you’ll get the moon quartz as the reward. Use the moon quartz at the main door of the entrance hall of the care center to move the story forward.
